End-User License Agreement

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zonesso Motors ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

02License to Use the Platform

Zonesso grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for personal or business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

03User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date
• You will not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• You will not list stolen vehicles or provide incorrect ownership details
• You are solely responsible for your listings, communications, and activities on the Platform

04Marketplace Disclaimer

Zonesso Motors is a classified marketplace platform only.

• Zonesso is not a car dealer, broker, or agent
• Zonesso does not own, sell, or inspect any vehicles listed
• Zonesso is not involved in any transaction between users

05Communication and Conduct

Users agree to communicate respectfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

Zonesso reserves the right to monitor activity (where applicable) and restrict or remove users who violate these rules.

06Payments and Services

Zonesso may offer paid features such as premium listings or promotional services.

• All payments are final unless otherwise stated
• Zonesso is not responsible for payments made outside the Platform
• Zonesso is not involved in financial transactions between users

07User Content and License

Users retain ownership of the content they upload, including images, descriptions, and other materials. By submitting content, you grant Zonesso a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and promote such content for platform operations and marketing purposes.

08Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zonesso shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect loss or damage
• Fraud, scams, or misrepresentation by users
• Vehicle defects, inaccuracies, or legal issues
• Any disputes between buyers and sellers

09Account Suspension and Termination

Zonesso reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for reasons including:

• Violation of this Agreement
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Misuse of the Platform

Zonesso may also remove listings that do not comply with its policies.

10Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Posting duplicate or fake listings
• Manipulating prices or misleading users
• Using bots, scraping tools, or automated systems
• Attempting to disrupt or harm the Platform

11Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Zonesso, you agree to how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

13Changes to this Agreement

Zonesso reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
